Currently the Development Manager of a high performance SaaS and mobile product based team. My style of management is one where I primarily focus on each individual’s strengths. A developer at heart, I am passionate about internet and mobile based technology, project management techniques (PMI Certified Project Manager), Agile development methodologies including Scrum, Tablet PC’s, using/sharing Getting Things Done (GTD) practices, as well as expanding my knowledge in how the mind works.
